How does SpamShield access my email?
SpamShield connects to your email via IMAP, the same protocol your email client uses. We don't forward, store, or read your emails on our servers. Your credentials are encrypted and the connection happens directly between our service and your email provider.
Will it work with my email provider?
SpamShield works with any email provider that supports IMAP, including Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Fastmail, ProtonMail (with Bridge), iCloud, and self-hosted servers. If you can connect with an email client, you can use SpamShield.
What happens to emails flagged as spam?
By default, SpamShield moves spam to your existing Spam or Junk folder. You can also configure it to delete immediately, archive, or just flag messages. Observation mode lets you preview what would happen without actually moving anything.
Can I undo a spam action?
Yes. All actions are logged in the Activity Log, and you can restore any message with one click. You can also whitelist senders directly from the log to prevent future false positives.
Is there a free trial?
